Can't sign in/When I call? They don't recognize my acct #

I was just checking to see if they had credited a deposit but when I tried to log in, it said "Error" and when I tried to call, it didn't recognize my account number! The system is JACKED yet AGAIN! Thinking about transferring accts to Travis Credit Union or Bank of America! The ONE freakin time I need to get a bill paid, and I can't even access the account!
