Direct deposit didn't go through, account info not available

Usually the direct deposit from my job posts to my checking account at 3 am on Friday, but today there is nothing. The app also says that some account information is unavailable. Finally, the customer service number is not working properly and will not pull up any account info for multiple accounts, tried by more than just me.
