why has angelfire not been fixed yet?

this has become a bit more than a minor issue,i need to have access to my angelfire page and it seems like no one there cares at all,the site and all connected to it just seems to be gone with no warning or notice,a real kick in the butt,i for one will be looking into a better alternative since lycos seems to have given up on all of us.
