For the past three months now, your (Target) server has been down. This is a great inconvenience to myself and others I'm sure. I have everything online, therefore I have no billing statements to make a payment. Is there an ETA on when this will be fixed. I'm about ready to close my card down at this point and time. Three months is more than long enough to fix this issue.
