Website UP but won't process purchases

Unable to process online purchases getting, "HTTP status 500 - generic server error" description, "The server encountered an internal error that prevented it from fulfilling this request"

Live Help Chat with numerous Home Depot representatives have resulted in no resolution, some indicating that they are aware of IT technical issues and working on it while others are unaware of issues and are unwilling to investigate.

The inability to process online purchases (via paypal services) was initially discovered on 2/2/2016 and continues…without resolution.

Numerous live online chats with Home Depot representatives have only resulted in frustration while emails sent to Home Depot regarding this issue have gone unanswered.

Wonder if investors/share-holders are aware Home Depot customers inability to submit online purchases?
