Weebly Editor Build, Pages and Themes Not Working

I am having a very difficult time accessing the editor page on Weebly. I have a Toshiba that is 5 months old and an older Toshiba.
The new T use to be able to access Weebly editor and now it can't. The old T can access Weebly editor.
Can ANYONE tell me what the problem is and how to fix it. To say the least this is annoying.
I tried other browsers, and all the other stuff you can think of and no avail
