Cannot Checkout -- Horrible Shopping Experience!

After I proceed to checkout by selecting the guest option, the next screen just has nowhere to go. Not sure if it's because it doesn't fully load the page, but I can't enter anything -- shipping, payment, etc. There's a "Place Order" button, but clicking on it takes me nowhere too.

Called customer service and was on hold for over 40 minutes, and when I finally reached someone, I could not understand his mumbling voice.

Tried closing browser, waited over an hour each time, and tried three times. Same issue, no dice. Guess Macy's did not  want my Cyber Monday business! Ridiculously horrible shopping experience!!!
