Cannot log into PayPal from eBay - ERROR

Click the PayNow Button, tells you to log into PayPal, the takes you to a page that says PayPal ERROR with no options to do anything. Tried this through phone app, iPad app and signing into the regular website, no luck. I can sign into the PayPal website, so their appears to be a disconnect between the two sites....
