Loan customer site down
Site:
Cannot log in to pay student loan at https://www.navient.com/loan-customers/ I've done this hundreds of times so I know how to do this. Checked cookies are enabled. Page keeps freezing at https://login.navient.com/CALM/login.do. Hangs and then it cycles back to https://www.navient.com/. Something is going and they should tell us about it.
