Pay my bills section is unavailble for two weeks!!!!

For the past two weeks, when I've logged into my account on the Suntrust website, I've not been able to use the Pay Bills section under the Move Money section for bill pay. When I try to access the section it gives the following error message: " This service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later." Please resolve and/or advise on how to get around this issue. Thank you!
