Still cannot receive email to Outlook 2003

I'm a techie so know what I am doing. None of my five comcast.net email addresses can receive messages, though I can send just fine, and the "Test Account Settings" works. The only way I can receive my messages is either to go directly to comcast.net and log on (a hassle); or to forward to an email server other than Comcast and then receive just fine in my Outlook 2003. This is ridiculous; what a nuisance.
