We pay extra for RAI in 02472 zip has been about 10 days now tha Comcast has been unable to transmit programming on it without frequent picture and sound “freezes” that last about 2 seconds each time but extremely irritating. No other channel has that issue that recently started. No, its not the box. It is the 2nd X1 box! The signal just momentarily “freezes” for a couple of seconds every 5-8 minutes or so. Why the hell can’t Comcast look and fix it. This is my 2nd complaint in a week!!! Is it Comcast or is it signal fed to it? Either way, Comcast has responsibility to get it fixed and so far they have done nothing! Calling support is useless as problem is not with us, other subscribers we know are experiencing identical ssue even miles away!
