outage and offline 2+ days

Our internet and cable went out Sunday morning and comcast said it was a regularly scheduled maintenance outage and would be back up by 6pm, but it didn't come back up. Comcast had us reset cable boxes and modem without success and wanted to charge us to have a tech come out to get up back online and kept insisting we pay monthly protection fees to prevent tech support charges, and another call to comcast with no more than more sales pitches. By Monday morning 1 t.v. was back up and internet on 1 laptop but not other computers or t.v. Another call to comcast and someone a tech support was schedule to come out between 4-6pm without charge but it was a no show. Another call to comcast today who said they'd call back (don't know why). It's Tuesday evening, 5 phone calls and the run around by comcast and 2.5 days without service following what we were told was a regularly scheduled outage. This is an absolute outrage and despicable. Get your butt out here and get us back online. We are not paying you 1 cent for it either.
