Line down in my backyard

The big snow we had amonth or so ago took down one of your lines. I clled PG&E and within less that 45 minutes the arrived. I was informed it was cable and not real Power. At least they showed. After 3 calls to the local comcast office I still have that cable line in my yard.  Great service and responce!!

I am giving yoy a week then I am going to remove the line
