Internet out now site down

At around 8pm my internet went down. Called comcast spoke with agent ran diagnostics, unable to locate problem. then stated they would charge for a technician to come out. Would not let me speak with a manager. It's now 430AM multiple reports of outages from other sites. ConvenientCo the app and website are no longer working so you cannot log in and view anything or get support.
