I normally get 20-30 mb down, but now i can barely get 1 down and the return (normally 3-5 M) up is actually FASTER......FIX THE PROBLEM

Hey. It's been the same for me as well. I'm not sure about my internet speed but I know it's slow. My ipod is slow, my grandmothers desktop is slow, my brothers Xbox is slow and my laptop is slow, can barely watch youtube video's. I would LOVE for comcast to do something!
