We have a 27Mbit connection in Ogden, UT...
It was completely out for over an hour this morning, and at about 8:35AM it showed connected again, but too slow to be any use... and around 9:10AM it is a bit faster than dial-up used to be...

The second outage was only about 20 minutes, then our 27Mb/s connection was back at full speed.
In between the first and second outage service was really slow... whatever the problem was, they fixed it.
We will still be moving our business to a dedicated T1 (we don't need 27Mb/s... we need guaranteed uptime at 700Kb/s.) which we will use to stream audio to various radio transmitter sites...
