Email won't load

The problem from the 8th of March still persists.  This a.m. I got onto the xfinity site and there was a message that my browser was out of date and I should update it.  I'll not have comcast telling me when to update my browser.  So I will use Chrome as email loads there.  I normally use IE.  Fix the problem with IE supported versions.

Fix it.
