Email is not loading; other non Comcast pages can be accessed, so it is not my computer

when I attempt to sign in it just tries to load.....;but no email ever shows up. Other sites are accessible, and after I sign in, I can see my name on the Comcast page, and how many email messages I have unread, but then I can not access the email messages.
My e-mails are not loading either ;( I just did a test e-mail from my g-mail acct and no luck.
My email is not loading. I can login and see how many email I have waiting, but can't access them. Customer service was NOT helpful
