Are you trying to log in with Windows 10 and latest updates? I just tried logging in on my windows computer but it does not work, however I can log in using a Mac computer. Seems the latest Windows 10 update knocked something out of being able to go to comcast account log in. I have 3 windows computers and none of the can log in but all the mac computers can.
