site still down, none of my devices get e-mail . Unable to reach anyone at Comcast or infinity to get help.

exchange.wpi.edu, bannerweb.wpi.edu and my.wpi.edu will not load. neither will remote desktoping to a computer on that network. i have traced everything and it is the internet connection itself as i can access the websites from my phone using my data plan. please fix this soon.
