I can not get to Comcast email online or thru my cell phone either ...

Same as the others, email has been down for about 2 hours.

Phone popped up cannot log into email about an hour ago. Keeps giving me incorrect password entered. I can reach email with comcast.net, but not on live mail or my galaxy S3
POP mail is still working, but can't access anything via webmail on 3/27/2013 at 12:55pm
I hope that everyone who pays for 24 HR service gets an ajustment on their bill this month.

For over a year I have downloaded my email from my Comcast account into Windows Live Mail. I usually receive 10 to 20 emails a day. I have my Comcast username and password in WLM so login and download of email occurs automatically when I open WLM. For the last 3 day I have not been able to down load any email from Comcast into Windows Live Mail. I receive an error message indicating the wrong password has been entered. I can still access the Internet through Comcast.
This morning (Thursday) I started to investigate the email problem. After accessing my account on the Comcast web site I discover that my mail has be going to the email system in Comcast not instead of WLM. Some of the email was over a month old.
After maneuvering through he Comcast phone tree I was connected to a woman in the Philippines (May). She told me "we are a fee based Comcast affiliate" and that I need to sign up for the technical support service at $14.95 per month if I want help solving my email problem. When I continued to request a solution to my email problems the woman disconnected me.
A second call to Comcast technical support connected me to Amiee, again in the Philippines, who said the account access system is currently down and I need to call back in 30 minutes.

Same issue started Wednesday. Cannot get email on ipad or iphone. Asks for correct oassword and username. I called Comcast support and they checked my settings and were correct. Offered better troubleshooting for 14.99 plus monthly fees. I hung up.
email down for 3 days. Called Comcast Support. First person had me change this and that; nothing helped. Second person tried to undo what the first person did, then sent me to "Signature Support." This I am supposed to pay for, since they couldn't solve the problem with their lower tier support!!
ATT here I come.
My Comcast email server has been down for 3 days I spoke to some real bone heads in support. They wasted my time found out they were doing a upgrade for 3 days no planing or at least notify you users. I'm done with Comcast.
