Cannot access either Comcast.net or Comcast.com from computer in St. Albans, WV. Can anyone let us know what is happening? Thanks!

Same problem, cannot access site or email in Durham, NC.
I cannot get comcast.net to load, therefore cannot check my email, etc. DOES ANYONE KNOW WHY COMCAST IS DOWN? It is not after 2:30 pm...have not been able to access all day long today.....
Does anybody know why some people have to use all caps? Don't they know it is the same as shouting and why would they be shouting at us?
It's down and will come back up when it is ready.
