At least it's a "free" service--so support is blah, ads slow down access, and whoever designed the retarded method of having to click 3 links that say "e-mail" to actually get to our inbox is safe.
Wouldn't call it free service, even in quotes - it's an expected service with your ISP. Also expected to be available, unlike this morning.
Totally agree about getting to our inbox. I opened a chat with CS that when I click email, I expect to be able to get to my inbox - Not some intermediate page with more junk and a static calendar of some random month. Their response: "That's still email"
