I can open my email but then I can't "view my entire inbox". This started on Thursday, March 21, 2013. My internet works. This is on Comcast's side. Fix please.
Comcast phone tech told me that changes made by MS Internet Explorer caused the problem????? Tech said try Chrome. It worked and read my mail. However prefer IE. Hope Comcast finds a fix soon.
Did you just download chrome? You then didn't have to do anything special with your email?
I also can't open my "entire inbox" or individual emails. Can't send new emails either. Mine started on Friday March, 22. Hope Comcast finds a way to be compatible with explorer again! Please fix.
