Can't login to my account to pay bill

It won't login and I also got an error that said it wasn't a trusted site! This time it gave this error! It seems to be a different error every time. I called Comcast and they didn't have a clue as to what was going on. I called again and when I connected to speak to someone it gave me a busy signal!!!!
