Website loads but times out when trying to access account info. Used two different browsers on main computer and on a kindle with same result.

For 2 days now I cannot access my comcast webpage in order to pay my bill. The logon page won't load at all and the session times out saying the server is unavailable. I have tried 3 different browsers over 2 computers and a tablet with no result. Comcast needs to address this problem. How can I pay my bill if I can't access your webpage.
