Allows me to log in and see Inbox Preview, but can't access emails from there; just get perpetual spinning dots in a circle. No help from customer service.

can not access inbox, all accounts
wonder if download of explorer 10 update is reason I can not get my xfinity e-mail, goes to preview page and then blank white next page,cannot get to inbox to view mail. I can access from daughters laptop but not my desk top. two days of this and I need a solution. Have cleared cookies,otherwise not to computer savvy. HELP
I had same problem with IE 10starting yesterday.
Check to see if Compatability View is checked in IE 10, go to Tools and select compatability view for site comcast.net
