Cannot send email

I have several email accounts. 1st one I cannot recieve emails. 2nd one can't send or recieve. Can't view my bill or services cause it says I am not the primary user. Can't add users from Comcast website. Not getting all my phone calls. Having a mess of a time! TV works fine.
