Cannot recieve email

I cannot recieve emails on home computer or phone. I am able to send email. I have called Comcast 2 times, 1st telling me it was high traffic then 2nd time I was told they would call me back on Tues morning which was yesterday....haven't heard one thing!

Same, Same, Same... spent an hour on the phone last week with support. Have tried 3 computers,3 browsers, hot spot, everything suggested in the help forum. My vacation ends Monday-- if no improvement --everything I have Comcast will be removed from my life-- this has been happening on and off for 3 months-- I have a feeling there is some kind of update just not compatible with my situation-- I wish Comcast would be honest and not just send me on a wild goose chase having me try this and that. Changing services will be a pain but I give up.
