I can log in with my ID and password, and it shows me the preview screen with some of the emails, but when I click on an email it resets the screen to the main comcast.net screen.
So, I cannot open, send, forward or view any of my emails.

I can"t open my Comcast email to read the messages.
Since this seems to be a big problem why doesnt comcast FIX it. Havent been able to get into my email fom xfnity connect customer srvice is no help telling me its my computer blocking it. wll how come when i get into comcast. net not xfinity i can oen email

To fix something like what you are running into, most of the time, simply clearing your cookies and your history will fix every one of these problems. Maybe even resetting your browser.
The only thing however is that it could be a browser hijacker at all, in which case you will need to uninstall said Hijacker and remove it completely with an antimalware program such as Malwarebytes.
