Cannot login to Xfinity account

I have been unable for the last day or so to login to my Xfinity account via the My Account app on my iPhone, the web browser on my desktop or any other device. I have also tried to contact comcast support via a chat but was unable to login there also. I suspect the authorization server is down. This needs to be corrected ASAP. Calls to Comcast support to report this issue or get status are routed to robots with no way to talk to a human.
