Cannot get emails

Not receiving emails. Tried sending to myself from my own emails - shows they are sent, not received. Tried sending from my Gmail - not received!  My Gmail works fine!  RECEIVING NO EMAILS VIA COMCAST!!!! Very very frustrating!
