I cannot access my email account via my PC. I know it's working because I'm getting messages on my cell phone but when I try to log in on my PC, the home page comes up and before I can click on to log in, the screen goes away and I get a message stating that the page is not available. I've shut down my laptop, disconnected the cable, disconnected my electric cable and removed the battery, hoping that when I reboot, this might clear the problem. It did not.
