It has been like this for 2 days now. I have used up over 5,000 dollar/points and each time it lets me click play now but comes up PALA RGS 100%.
I tried to call 5 times. It puts me on hold with a recording for 15 minutes and then says call back during regular business hours and then hangs up. I have called during regular business hours but it says the same thing.
I even tried the on-line help but they won't speak to you inless you gve your credit card number.
DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE WITH REAL MONEY AS IF THERE IS A PROBLEM, THERE IS NO WHERE TO GO AND YOU ARE OUT OF LUCK WITH YOUR MONEY.

Experiencing same problem. There are a lot of qualifying tournaments this weekend what will you do to give other qualifying opportunities. When things like this happen it pushes people to go to the c@s!n0 and not play online. Frustrated!!
