after login site is redirecting the user to https://www.accountonline.com/cards/svc/RedirectToCBOL.do then it is taking forever to load the page.

This is also happening to me.
Here's what I do:
Close the non responding window and load
http://citibank.com <-- just like that. Then click 'back to myCiti and mine, at least, loads my credit card accounts. Good luck.

I'm just about ready to say goodbye to Citi and Hilton. If there is a long and confusing way to accomplish something they will definitely take the time to find it. There is nothing quick about finding answers or information from these sites. I never have to go through hoops with my other bank/credit accounts and I feel very secure with their procedures. Thanks for letting me vent. Now I will try for I believe is the 5th time to get the information and answers I need.
