For several months I have had to find different ways to navigate around the repeated messages of error to access the site. This is so very frustrating and after all these months the problem should have been rectified. It almost makes you want to switch to another credit card just so you can have more ease in a life that already has us spending inordinate amounts of time on the internet. I used to be able to go straight to the search bar and not even enter more than a few characters to be able to pop up the site. Citibank please take this matter seriously as your competition is pretty effective.
