Still can't log onto my account, been about 3-4 days.

says my username/password is incorrect, I know it's not, but just in case I tried to "reset my password", tells me my credentials (credit card #, 3 digit thing on back, and SSN) are incorrect so i cannot retrieve nor reset my password.
