Sign In problems

When I try to sign in to my Citibank account to pay my CitiCard bill it's treating me as if I want to CREATE AN ACCOUNT BY SHOWING ME A GENERATED PASSWORD TO USE! I have an established account!  Usually for years it automatically allows me to access my password vault on my iPhone to auto fill the user ID and passwor! it's not doing that! It's treatI got the situation as if I'm a first time user Creating an account!! They need to address this fault /error in the system. I also went on another sights to sign in on my iPhone and all attempts were successfully done!
