Why can't I log into my account?
haven't been able to login for 5 days - "We're sorry. Citi.com is temporarily unavailable"
Try using a different wwb browser. That resolved my issue.
4/6/2020-Still having this issue, I've tried multiple browsers, cleared cache and cookies, etc. This has been going on for over a week and calling is not even an option bc they are staffed to have online and mobile banking, not telephone banking.
