Incredibly slow--login times out before information is finished displaying.

For the past week, anytime I try to log into my citibank credit card account it takes in incredibly long (like about 5 minutes) to come up and display account summary details. Then I get a prompt to open/save a file with an invalid name "...a[d]))}return b.join(_&_)}function k(a){var b={},d=(a". Canceling the dialog takes another 3-4 minutes. By the time I am able to scroll down to see the transactions, the login times out due to inactivity.
