Citibank UK site down for two weeks

My Citibank UK online account has been unavailable for two weeks.  I've consistently emailed and called Citibank with no resolution.  It is only today that they admit there are problems with other clients as well and do not know when the online issue will be resolved.  This is quite frustration and I think the press should know about it.
