Can't log in - hangs at "name on credit card" authentication screen

This appears to have been broken for at least a week, probably longer. Help says they "have a ticket in" on it and are aware. I have tried two computers, a tablet and a phone, so six different web browsers, with the same result. You would think getting paid would be a priority.
