App and online down for over a week now

Cant log in to the app or online to access my account.  This has been down for almost two weeks now.  Not sure what is going on but it is unacceptable.  Why I tried to call citibank I was humg up on by the automated service do to "high call volume".  I have had my citibank card for over 10 years.  Thinking of cancelling at this point.  This is terrible and unacceptable.

I can't access my credit card account--just when I most needed to.  Can't even get as far as the log-in box.  Hadn't tried to sign in for a few weeks, but if, as according to "Anonymous," this has been going on for that long, it is certainly unacceptable.
