i can not access my account online from App nor Online Services. Keeps coming up with error message. Was able to reset password thought might be issue because error message prompted me to. Still no luck.Called in asked for last 4 digits on card- "Account information not valid" sat on hold for 45 min no answer gave up. And no where is there any insight from CITI on working on a problem?
