I telephoned on Wednesday, 10/21. Support person said access was OK for her. She said maybe my problem was because I was in Texas. Could not give me a reason for the site being down nor provide an ETA for service restore.
I get either for these two responses:
- We can't complete your request at this time. Please try again later.
- Failure of server APACHE bridge:
No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF.

Can't connect to website
I have been trying to log on to check free website since 10/20/2020 with all three (3) of my home computers I have had no luck does anybody knows if they are still in business?
I've been trying all day to get it and it says failure of Apache Bridge -- I've been using this bill pay for 10+ years with all of my info -- hopefully it has not gone out of business..
Well, this is not good. Still receiving an error message on 10/30/2020. I also have been using this site for years with no issues.
