Called to report the problem, they said not a problem on their end. Would not open a case because I was the firs to report it and until I upgraded my browser and cleared cookies they would not help.
I have now done all of that and still get this message

I do wires EVERY MONTH, this started this weekend. Received a message about their new and improved wire service just a couple of weeks ago, is that related?
