System locked up on email address change page

When attempting to log in to pay bills today, I am asked to provide an  updated email address.  I do that but I cannot exit out as it continuously goes to the same page and then locks up.  I submitted an email address change several months ago but apparently it did not "stick".  Now, I'm "stuck" on this page and cannot pay my bills  Please hep.
