Site is down! What the hell?

Tried calling the customer service number listed on the "We'll be back shortly" page . . . to NOWHERE!  CRAP customer service!  Not even an indication of WHY the site is down or any notification for WHEN it will be back up!  TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
