i got the same error, did you have a chase checking/savings account to begin with? i have a chase credit card through amazon, but i do not have a chase savings/checking account. i was using my citibank savings/checking account, i linked it to my chase credit card, thats how i was using the quickpay feature. i think with the lastest chase website overhaul, this might have changed.
